"Hotel staff were super friendly and checked on us throughout our stay. We requested several small things and they had them brought up within minutes. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant left something to be desired but I think the fault there was on the angry waitress and her poor customer service so we just found other options for food. All in all we would stay here again. "

"We had a fantastic stay at The Cantera Resort! The amenities are truly 10/10 — the resort is beautifully maintained with fully renovated bedrooms that are modern, comfortable, and spotless. The multiple pool options with scenic views were a definite highlight and added so much to the relaxing atmosphere. Everything was excellent overall, except for our experience at the pool bar. Unfortunately, all of our drinks were served warm — including the beer — and while the margaritas were decent, the bar service was lacking. The staff seemed undertrained and not particularly friendly. That said, with a little improvement in the bar service, this place would be perfect. We’d still recommend it for the gorgeous setting and top-notch amenities!"
