While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. "Pros: very new and clean, good price, happy to be able to make tea and coffee, good water pressure in shower, good sized room and bed. Cons: reception staff could only speak Malay, did not like sink outside of bathroom with no counter space for toiletries, did not like purple LED light running along cupboards, hotel is with newly opened mall and car park right at the top levels with all levels of the car park looking unfinished, it’s not a nice first impression. "

"They change the name I think, and undergoes some renovation which the noise can be heard a little from inside the room. Parking area is okay, but the exit from parking is a little discomforting due to space limit Since the hotel currently doing renovation, apparently affect the food (a la carte breakfast and no room service) One of the TV channel also has no sound Other than that, the staffs are very friendly and good, while the room is very satisfying"
