We stayed for two weeks and had a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself was a lot smaller than the photo suggested but that was not really the biggest issue. We had to boil water to wash our dishes in the kitchen as there was no hot water to the kitchen sink. Bare minimum for kitchen items. Found a small burnt out saucepan under the kitchen sink. Also no hot water to the bathroom sinks. Very poor quality furniture. Our bed broke, twice. We had service to the apartment 1 time during the 2 week stay. If i had not queried when it was going to be serviced, I do not believe it would have been. Bathrooms dirty, mouldy grout around the shower and sinks. Had to use the 1 shower for all six people as the smaller bathroom's hot water lasted for only a few minutes. Had 1 towel each to use per week so had to wash our own towels. Also purchased out own toilet paper and in bags as only 1 roll of paper per toilet and 1 bin bag. Electronic mechanism to main door kept falling off. Pool rules ridiculous. Not allower to swim if you were not completely covered up. Had to change into dry clothes before going back to apartment. No towels provided at the pool side, making very difficult as we already had just 1 towel per person. Fines were threatened if people got into the lift with wet feet, which although it was fair enough, it was not adhered to by all. We have been coming to KL regularly for years and this has been by far the worst property we have stayed in. Never again!
