"ESPECTAKULAR "

"Property is facing the river and the promenade, which is a nice aspect of the city. The hotel is across the water from the Guggenheim in Bilbao, and the stunning Zubizari bridge is directly outside the hotel. The rooms could be a bit better maintained as noticeable damage to the walls (scuff marks that need painting over) and the wood paneling (suitcases clearly knicked the wood paneling in my room), and the toilet paper holders are installed at 8 degree angle for some reason. Dust bunnies...

"The hotel was very centrally located, the staff, especially at check-in, very friendly efficient and helpful. There are plenty of options for eating and the tram, metro and bus/train station, all are within a 3 minute walk of the hotel. Our stay of 5 days would definitely have us returning a next time when in Bilbao. Beautifully designed as well."
