"A decent place but their security called me at 3 am because I was talking on my cell phone and some neighbor complained. Not only did they call my room but they sent a security guard to knock on my door at the same time. Seems overly aggressive and I was not speaking excessively loud so I’m not sure what their problem is but I’ve never had that happe before"

"We are regular visitors to Amsterdam but it was our first time staying at this hotel. We loved how central the location was. Straight over the road from Central Station. A small issue when we checked in, with our booking transferring over, however the gentalman who checked us in, was very helpful and we received an upgrade to the top floor with a room facing the canal, which was lovely.
