"Beautiful historic place. Bathroom redone and very clean. We stayed in a suite with kitchen. They provided transportation to cruise terminal and car parking for an extra fee. But well worth it! Rosie and Michael were very pleasant. Bar opens at 5 for guests. My husband loved his German meal. The only negative was a smoke smell in the living area of our room. "The house itself is good but the parking is ridiculous. This is a 2 story house and the rent the bottom floor and the top floor separately. You each have your own entrances to the house but both parties share the driveway. This caused issues because someone was always blocking the other renters car in. Your not allowed to park on the street so you just have to hope the other renters are willing to move their cars all the time so you can get out of the driveway "

"There were a few things in need of repair, but overall the condo was nice and there was just about everything you need to cook stocked in the kitchen. The washer/dryer unit is pretty new. "

Very large, comfortable with an incredible bed and a 7 foot claw foot soaking tub. Breakfast was delicious! Belgian waffles with fresh fruit, juice and coffee. "

"Our stay at Harborwalk Lodge was fantastic. It’s off the beaten path but close enough to Galveston where the drive is nominal. The breakfast was delicious, the room was great, and the owners are a joy. 10/10 would stay there again."

"The building looked a little rough on the outside, especially in the front. Looks like repairs are being completed. But the room was very nice, modern, and clean. The swimming pool was outstanding. Grandkids had a great time. A negative was the sleeper bed. Kinda sparse on the padding. Not comfortable!"
