"Amazing customer service! The gentleman at the front desk was so sweet. Only downside was they had no pack and plays available and since it was advertised they had them I didn't pack ours so that was slightly inconvenient was informed they only had one and it was broken so hopefully this is a issue they fix) other then that amazing stay! "Stayed here prior to a cruise. Very disappointed in the cost of a shuttle to the port $35 pp. we had taken a shuttle from Houston to the hotel at a cost of $26 for a much longer journey. Next time will stay closer to the port in a hotel with a free shuttle"

" I had an okay stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth. However, I found it a bit tricky to locate the actual front desk area, which could have been better marked. The hotel's location is great if you're someone who enjoys being right on the beach, but keep in mind that it's quite far from other attractions and restaurants. If you're planning to explore the city, it might not be the most convenient choice....
