"The hotel is brand new, and there are still several details they need to fine tune in terms of service. We voluntarily asked to downgrade from a deluxe suite to an ocean view regular room in order to have a separation between bathroom and bedroom, and to have a view on the ocean. The suite was dark and the view was obstructed by plants over the widows. Also the bathtub was in the middle of the room, and there was no partition between wash and sleep areas, while the enormous separate sitting room...
