"I loved this hotel. Perfect location. So much in the area attached to the underground city. Restaurant was drli ious. The pool and hot tub was phenomenal. I literrally spent 6 hours in it one night in 1degree celsius weather. The bed and pillows were perfect. First time my husband and i did not suffer from back pain. 10 stars!"

"Stay was amazing. The bar was beautiful and had an immense selection. Our view was beautiful. 17th floor. Amazing stay. Only thing is there wasn’t any parking available, so we had to park down the street and walk to the hotel. But at the end of the day, it wasn’t a big deal and the overall stay made up for the parking issue. "

"So convenient being right in the terminal! Pool & room service were highlights. Staff were very kind and accomodating. Our flights were rescheduled and we were able to pay $60 for 3pm checkout to keep room till afternoon which helped us out greatly travelling with 3 small children. "

Endless dining options, lots of shopping and museums within walking distance. Other guests were rude and noisy by talking loudly in the hall after midnight but obviously not the hotel’s fault. The temperature control knob in the shower kept falling off which was annoying but we just made do for the weekend. Nice to get two bottles of water each day and we would definitely...
