We had a really helpful staff member who drove with us in the hotel car to the Europcar drop-off point so that I could drop my hire car off the night before - he then brought me back to the hotel in his hotel car. "incredibly old hotel room - the carpeting definitely needs changing, there was only 1 usable power outlet, the shower drained very slowly and the AC unit made ruckus. the breakfast buffet was good, it's located next to lots of restaurants and the staff was friendly and polite."

"The vineyard is an established and well ran hotel. It is beautiful, safe and clean. The grounds are stunning, the pool area, amazing and eating options are very good. There burgers are the best! "This hotel is located in a center of the Cape Town and easy driving access to any of the tourist attraction. Lobby receptionist was very nice and polite and professional even it said she was still in training. It was a large room and very comfortable. View of the Table Mountains from the room window was also great. Staff at the breakfast restaurant was all great, very friendly to our 2 and half year old daughter. We would like to visit this hotel again."
