"The room requires a deep clean. Dirty floor mats, water timescale marks all around the shower and window. Privacy blind had mould growing on it. Sink requires timescale and bleach as plug area smelt unpleasant. Air conditioning required some overdue maintenance or replacement as it was so loud even with the terrace doors closed. Very loud music could be easily heard in the room until 5am. Breakfast area had a fly problem and need to be addressed urgently as unhygienic. "

Hotel pool wasn’t cleaned early enough for us to swim one morning (not open until after 8). Sri Lankan brekkie available as well as eggs and Gandon’s style, serving sizes were very generous. "

"Ok so this is a fabulous residence that is being used as a boutique hotel with 5 en-suite rooms. Located directly into Turtle beach it has fabulous views. "Very relaxing stay next to the lagoon but also an easy walk to the beach. Only one restaurant was open aged that was on the beach so a bit of a trek when it rained. My room looked out on to a corridor which wasn’t ideal and the sealant around bathroom fittings was black with mildew. But largely these are minor details to a comfortable and relaxing stay at a fair price."

"Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. "Friendly staff and facilities at the hotel are good. Nearest beach is a rocky beach. Last few KM of the road leading to the hotel is very poor. This section needs to upgrade and possibly out of hotel managements' control. They may need to coordinate with the neighboring hotels and the local authority.
