"Recommended 👍 good location which is just in the middle of Tenjin and Canal City, easy access to both main area in Fukuoka, restaurants and coffee shops nearby too. Hotel staff are very nice, we are able to get a 3-beds room upon arrival, room size is very reasonable as compared to other hotels in Japan. The in hotel spa is definitely an add on bonus! "

The room was spacious and comfortable and I really liked how clean everything was. The food in the hotel's restaurants was excellent. There are a lot of places to shop in the area and transportation was easy as well. I really enjoyed my time at the New Otani and I would definitely stay here again! "
