Rooms are a great size and have all amenities. Great laundry facilities which you can view from your room. Excellent place to stay. "

"We had a family of 6 staying in 2 separate rooms for this trip. The Hotel was easy to find and met all our requirements. We made some requests to have 2 rooms close together and they were very helpful with that. They were also very helpful in helping us make airport transfer arrangements. Overall, the service is what stands out, even amongst the lofty service standards in Japan. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Kanazawa."
