"This was a great find for us. We enjoy staying at the hotel that was centrally located to the station. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful shower something unique that’s rarely available or offered. We also appreciated the security. We felt comfortable and secure on this hote. I did not care for the designated smoking rooms as the the cigarette smell lingered other than that everything was perfect"

"The hotel is within walkable range from Kanazawa Station. There's 2 shopping malls in between, one which you could walk through to reach the hotel and avoid some rain and snow. There's free coffee and tea for lodgers, the amenities were great too. If you want to visit most of the tourist spots around Kanazawa Station, it's within 2km vicinity so you could walk around too. Will return to stay at the hotel again if I ever return to Kanazawa again "

"I liked the simplicity of the facilities and convenience of the location. Nightwear was comfortable and the temperature of the room was very warm. Breakfast was good. I wish there had been a coffee maker in the room and some smaller washcloths. Thank you for hosting me! "

"Comfortable, clean, convenient hotel close to the train/bus station. Nice beds, good amenities, friendly staff. And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion."

"Hotel Amanek was a real joy to stay at. The facilities are immaculate and the staff are polite and efficient. The area is very convenient and most if not all Kanazawa sites are easily walkable. It is best to take a taxi from the train station to get to the hotel though (approximately 1500 Y) I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was good with a soaking tub and shower. A separate toilet with the Japanese bidet. Only heater and opened the window for cold air. Both Japanese breakfast and american breakfast with OJ, coffee, croissant, bread, scrambled eggs noodle soup, pancake, waffle, sausage, meatballs, and side dish items."

"Super location to explore all of the beautiful city of Kanazawa. The castle and garden were minutes away as well as many museums and the Samurai and Geisha districts. The many alleyways surrounding the hotel were full of great food and entertainment, and it is right on the main street for easy bus access to the whole city. the Japanese breakfast buffet was superior there was a spa and bath on the top floor with amazing views! my room had all I needed and was well appointed. "I love that the hotel is situated near the station and makes it easy to travel around if you need the station a lot. I find that a lot of the main attractions in Kanazawa occur near Omoicho market so I would recommend that you try to stay around that area since there are more restaurants there. The hotel provides many facilities and amenities which are nice to utilise."
