"This property is not yet ready for a vacation resort as advertised in your web site. It looks like some one bought a teardown apartment and in the process of renovating them into a resort. Most of the units look like a ghost house. Not even one full building is completely renovated. It is too pre-mature to host such a unit for rentals. Since I came to know of this in the last minute after physically seeing I had no choice but to stay there. I expected that booking packages from Expedia is safe...

"This was a great location for us since we wanted to be close to the events center. Grocery shopping and food options nearby. The property was clean, roomy, and comfortable! The pool and commons areas were great. We were able to walk around the property in the evening; nice family vibe. Our host was kind and responsive. This space would be great for a family or group of friends traveling, too! "

"The house was very big and nice, comfortable beds. There could be more kitchen utensils for a house this size. I've stayed at Miami condos that include a strainer. They had one oven pan, two pots and a saucer. Plenty of bowls and plates though. Please be warned that Expedia does not list all the charges required prior to check in. "Lovely home but not equipped for large family. Only 2 very small pots and one small frypan/ more for single use than family. We went out and bought more. No essentials provided like salt pepper, any kind of wrap, only one tea towel provided. Blender provided but did not work. "

"This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really?
