"I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

They don’t have a front desk exactly. We called someone when we arrived and waited a few minutes for them to come let us in, but we’ve never seen anyone at the front desk after that.
