"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. "Lovely little villa, with friendly staff. The desk isn't maned all the time but the owners are very proactive in being there when they need to. Studio was ideal size for us and our baby who enjoyed crawling around. Didn't have the views the other rooms had but was tucked away in the corner so had shade and was cool. ideal for a paled skinned family with a young baby. Only down fall was navigating the steps with the pram and getting up the steep hill from the main round. But we were aware of this...

"Beautifully located apartment, walkable distance to a beach and various beach bars. Bus stop across the road and you can take a frequently going bus to central Chania or other beaches. Lots of good bars and restaurants in the area too. Apartment had everything you need with a small kitchen and it was kept clean for us."

"We had an amazing stay at Imperium Luxury Villas! The hosts were amazing and helped us plan out the best week of activities. We used the caterer the host recommended for breakfast and one bbq and they did a great job. Favorite night was when we had a bbq and had authentic Cretan music live with dancers.
