"Lone pine is a nice place to stay for a quiet vacation, some extra pool chairs wouldn’t go astray… the room had a very mouldy smell due to humidity and constant air conditioning and they tried to help with a different room but they were all the same - they could try cleaning the air con filters… breaky was good, staff were nice but limited English… they had lots of meetings and a wedding while we were there which was a slight inconvenience but, when you pay for a boutique hotel you expect a bit...

"Next to Queensbay Mall which makes shopping and dining very convenient. Location is the best for those who need not venture into Georgetown area I.e. for those who have seen and done that at Georgetown attractions and eateries."

"The property is located in an areas that is not walkable. Have to take a taxi or bus anywhere you want to go. Property is great for families that like to stay at hotel and use facility but not for those that like to walk the area "

"The breakfast was below average with stale croissants. It was promptly replaced when I complained. The Lounge on the 23rd Floor was so inadequate. Got a lot to learn from other 4-5 star hotels."

"The staff was helpful. We were able to borrow unbrellas which was useful. Conveniently located to a hawkers stand delicious. Had maps so street art was found. Need a map for the walking tour which was fun but could only find it on our phone. Need to post ideas so people could see more actuvities in this wonderful city."
