"We stayed at Franceshi Park on a recent ski trip to Cortina with friends. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience."

"Small but quaint hotel in historic center of Cortina. Initially, we were given the room in first floor next to bar and reception area. We asked to be moved and manager accepted. Room 7 is in the same floor but very tight and small. Not sure if worth the $500 a night we paid. Hotel prides on "luxury and fashion" but this room had none of either. Maybe the rest were nicer? Breakfast is included and highlight of it was Alessandra who cooked great scrambled eggs for us daily. Shout out to...

"Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. So...they gave us the third room for our second night...(yes, we had to move our luggage three times). Again...it has potencial...just bad management. We are world travelers and this was...

"5 star experience staying at this location. I will stay here again when I return to Cortina. Anything in the room that we had a question about or needed help with, the hotel staff responded immediately. We stayed here for 5 nights and upgraded to a suite with a balcony view of Tofana so that we had more room to spread out. Even though there was a busy street below it was very quiet and comfortable. "Absolutely lovely small hotel directly on Lake Como in Varenna. We loved our small but very well equipped room and bathroom. Loved the “ rain shower”. Nice balcony with beautiful views. Excellent breakfast in a stunning setting. Excellent service, too. "

"Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."
