"The parking is offsite so pretty inconvenient, especially in the rain. The area to park whilst checking in is not well signed and was blocked by delivery vans. This just made checkin very stressful to navigate. The room itself was lovely, the dark painted walls were very dusty though. Aside from that everything else was well maintained. The onsite Japanese restaurants were amazing and a highlight. "

Most Mantra properties offer apartments, this one does not. Despite what the TV menu advises, the hotel hasn't offered meals or breakfast since 2020. The O-Bar & café doubles as hotel reception.
