"The property is in a great location and is very pleasant to stay in. Staff are great and very accomodating, please be aware there are a lot of homeless/rough sleepers in the area. Some might find it slightly uncomfortable. The area itself is like any big city. Not the hotels fault but something to consider when booking. "

"Not far walk from Roma station. Its a steep walk up and down the street. Not convenient if you have lots of luggages. Close to bus stops so can take the Spring Hill Loop free bus to Queen St mall. Overall property was clean. Not enough kitchen bench space for cooking. Staff were friendly and let us check in early and let us keep our luggage in the office after check out."

"The apartment was worn with broken drawers in the ensuite and kitchen. No plugs were provided for sinks in the ensuite and there was mould in the ensuite and kitchen. Overall a very disappointing apartment for the price. "

"The penthouse was lovely and views on the balcony were great. The whole place is a fantastic size and photos are true to how the penthouse is. It is only a few minutes to the bus and also only a short stroll to woollies and bottle shops. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans and the ovens are truly amazing. There is coffee machines and the bedrooms are very comfortable. 2 queen beds and a king bed worked great for our family of 4. I would highly recommend this place and Hazel was...

"We enjoyed a wonderful one night stay whilst going to an event close by in Newfarm. Great location, close walking distance to many good restaurants. Sue was lovely to deal with. Home is full of character, just beautiful. "

"It was close to everything in the city and easy to get around. The only negative is the second bedroom down. The corridor is too far away from the air-conditioner very warm and hot down that corridor."
