The only down falls were the location is very far from many of the museums/places to visit and visitors are only allowed in lobby and maybe pool side. So if you are visiting friends or family keep that in mind if wanting to book here. You may have to go elsewhere to have visitors. "

Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. The pool and pool area was wonderful. We will be staying here on our next visit to Cairo and recommend this delightful hotel."
