"We had a wonderful stay at The Arden. Reception were friendly and helped with our bags. The room was amazing. We booked a Delux room and stayed in 'Pine'. We travelled with our little girl and she had her own bed in the room. There was plenty of room for the extra bed. Our bed was huge and very comfortable! The bathroom was amazing, I have never seen such a big bath!! We booked breakfast and dinner and I'm so pleased ww did. The food was outstanding! I am gluten free and they took great care...

"This was our second stay at this property and we are fans. It’s a great location for visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon, the theaters there, and the historical sites. The staff is outstanding - they have helped us book car service when we’ve needed it and answer oddball questions when we have those. They are very concerned with food allergies at the restaurant and you may even be asked about those allergies multiple times, it’s kind of sweet. "we booked the fireworks night which was great but the hotel on booking the accommodation did not explain very well ,as we understood the outside catering was not included and the food on sale from the hotel was very very poor. I feel there should have been a a small choice of bar food for those of us that did not want their evening meal in a bun .Im sure there was enough staff in the kitchen to do that as the out side food was not good . "
