"We had a wonderful time staying with Ruth and her family on the farm. She was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when we had to make some spontaneous changes to our booking due to travel difficulties. We stayed for almost two weeks and enjoyed spending free time with the dogs (especially the puppy), sheep and horses on the property. "A very comfortable place to stay, with 6 good-sized bedrooms and lots of well-splaced sitting areas. The Welcome Cake was delicious and we were very grateful for the eggs and milk - all above and beyond our expectations. The 4 hens were an added delight! Can thoroughly recommend it. An issue with a Roman blind was addressed very quickly but needs a little more attention."
