"The service was excellent. The staff were so polite and helpful, I was really impressed. Parking can be a pain because it’s downtown but that’s to be expected. The bathroom was not cleaned, unfortunately. We stayed here after a very long 2 day flight itinerary from South America and we were so tired that we didn’t make a fuss, but I expected better. The beds were very comfortable though! "

"It was a beautiful hotel, my husband and I felt judged automatically when we walked in. We could feel the judging eyes. We are both blue collar underground miners, who haven’t taken a vacation in two years, and we drive a big Toyota that hadn’t had a bath because we left work and drove through the night to enjoy our mini vacation. On top of that there is construction next door and at 630 the rock breaker starts and that’s all you listen too. We were right next door. If the noise level was...
