"Staying as a couple, the check in was efficient. Parking was problematic - busy and some distance from reception. The room was clean but a bit tired in some areas, eg loose Bath panel, chipped grouting, chipped mirror. The bed was comfortable, the TV dated with limited channels. Breakfast was good and service staff efficient and pleasant. The ambiance of the bar area was poor as it seems to be part of the foyer."

Room was really cold and thermostat either didn’t work or heating was insufficient. Covers on bed did keep me warm enough to sleep but was still cold.
