"Excellent greeting at reception but ground floor to Room 060 needs attention. Doors, wallpaper, skirting poor. Room v good. Sourdough bread rock hard with Camembert in bar meal and we should have sent it back as uneatable. Generally we enjoyed our stay and staff were excellent "

"Had a brilliant weekend stay here, in a great location for visiting the shops in surrounding towns & adventuring in the beautiful Peak District. The room was a great size and the bathroom was huge! Lots of storage space for clothes too. Pretty sure we got an upgrade from what I had originally booked too! Everything was clean and the room was cleaned while we were out during the day.
