"I stayed here 5 times both for biz and for pleasure and generally happy with this hotel. I usually had a view of the harbor if I was on higher floors. Only complaint was the elevator taking forever to get in especially during check-out time. (The elevators were often filled up by upper floors’ occupants.) One way to solve this is to dedicate an elevator for certain floors like how some commercial office buildings do. "

"My top choice whenever I stay in HongKong, so close to everything including train station and their rooms are spacious for Hong Kong standards. Have to commend on the hotel staff’s honesty and excellent services, we didn’t even realise we have left behind an Ipad on check-out and they returned it to us when we went back to collect our baggage from the concierge before leaving for the airport, that really saved us lots of trouble and inconvenience and we are very grateful for that!
