"We stayed in a King on the 14th floor. The room was a good size with closet space and a seating area. Didnʻt need to use the onsen as there was a nice furo bath in our room. We had access to the lounge next door, only available to 14th fl guests. In the lounge you are welcomed the first time with matcha or coffee and a Japanese sweet. "Fukuoka was colder than I thought, so at the end of the trip, I lay down with a cold. However, I slept comfortably in a very clean room and got well. The hotel was very quiet and pleasant. The spacious interior unlike other typical cramped Japanese hotels was very good. I left my scarf behind and received it from an acquaintance later. I was very satisfied with the service as well."

"The staff were amazing and the room wasn’t as tiny as some others, also within 10 minutes walk from Fukuoka Hakata Station. However the breakfast was not very satisfactory for western tourists as almost everything was Japanese food which we enjoy just not for breakfast please. The chairs were mostly dirty and stained and coffee was just instant coffee from a machine, not expresso."
