"The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

"Check in was smooth and easy. Had to carry bags quite a long way to the room. Ohm assisted us to our room and showed us the details of the resort. She was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was when we asked at checkin for a little later checkout. The man who checked us in very abruptly said “no, noon is the checkout time…we’re completely booked”.
