"The location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches and many great restaurants. The pool is amazing and exactly as pictures show. I’d also recommend spending time in the coworking space, the view is amazing and inspiring I rented a motorbike through the hotel, this process was very easy In addition this was my first ever to Asia and the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They speak great English "

"This property is nothing less than a SCAM. BEWARE OF STAYING HERE. long story short, the room we booked had no pictures on the website. When we arrived we were surprised to see that the room is dirty, built in a very unsafe and incomplete way. There were BUGS all over the shower which was not fully blocked from the outside. Sheets were dirty. When trying to reach the staff for an option to move a room the staff was rude and unpleasant. We ended up checking out ONE DAY AFTER CHECKING IN because...

"This is my favorite hotel in Koh Phangan! The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions you have about the island. The atmosphere is very cool & chilled plus There is a private beach right at the hotel. Also the food is absolutely delicious & and a great spot to do a little work in the morning. "I normally live in China. I happened to be in Europe when i was planning my stay here. My wife in Shanghai. Within a few days of booking the hotel the corona virus problem hit. I could not fly to China to get my wife, my wife could not leave Shanghai. I pleaded with this hotel and with Hotels.com/Expedia to cancel my reservation but they refused. Unacceptable behaviour. "

"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."
