"This was a nice property, it could use some upgrades (hallway carpets smell damp and are showing their age rooms feel a bit dated and carpets are old). The staff was very nice and our rooms were cleaned every day although certain things like used glasses were not removed or replaced for days until we put them on the floor near the garbage can. Other than that it was a great stay. The lobby bar is very pretty and the casino is fun. Pools and beach areas were clean."

"The hotel staff, from check-in to the beach, were always kind and helpful. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and they provide chairs, umbrellas, and towels. It’s also nice to go to the pool after the beach. The food at the hotel is very expensive, but there are cheaper restaurants and cafés nearby. You have to wear a resort bracelet, which I understand, but I find it annoying. It was nice of the staff to suggest wearing it loose so you can take it off when leaving the resort or in your...
