"The staffs are awesome. We stayed six nights and were very well taken care of. Nothing is too troublesome for them. The concierge Xiao Wei is fantastic. Rarely see such great customer service in hotels in western country, even the five stars hotels where we tip them so much. People here serve like it is their pleasure and duty. Room was bright and modern, super clean. A touch too warm for us, visiting from cold Canada but they promptly sent us a fan when we complained. Location is superb just beside H exit of Bell Tower metro station. Lots of restaurants, shopping and easy transit. I can not recommend this place highly enough! It also make me think China has a great future if all the people are like the staffs in this hot."

"The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious eatery place near by the hotel. Loved the convenient location close to Muslim Quarter, Bell tower and subway Our room at top floor with a view to the eatery street, so a bit noisy, will be fine if you close the window. "

The staff were very helpful, though the only downside was that none of them spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, a great way to start the day. Another bonus was the free laundry room available for guests. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities and convenience – highly recommended!"
