"Located at the heart of Xi’an, walkable to the Bell Tower and subway (just few mins). Hotel is very clean, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room is huge and very comfy. Love the heated toilet seat during winter and the automatic bidet. Enjoyed my stay very much! Highly recommended!"

"Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Superb idea, but wished it was conveyed to us beforehand. The first staff member was a tad rude by ignoring me when I told her it was stuffy on the 1st night. "This is a really great location, right smack in the city centre, a mall across the street, food mall, Hui Min St, Drum Tower, Bell Tower, metro, all accessible in an underground walkway! Strange thing is that I take mini bar fridge for granted whenever I stay in a hotel. There isn't any here. Free bottled water, free laundromat, communal steam iron, breakfast. "Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."

"Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."
