I notified the front desk, they said they will send technician which never showed up. I also didn’t follow up on it. We were only there for 3 nights. Consider the price I paid, I had higher expectations. Overall, I love the vibe and the location. I would stay here again in the future."

"The property location is perfect on the beach which is very clean. The sea is almost mirror flat and loverly to swim in. The hotel has a great vibe with adults only, no children ruining the pool environment. The staff are amazing and very helpful paying attention to your needs before you ask. "The beds are comfy, the rooms are big and the balcony was great. Small thing but rather than making the bed, they folded the bedding. You’d walk in and put your dirty stuff down on the sheets that you were going to be sleeping in. Breakfast was very good. The pool and beach are both lovely. We didn’t enjoy the live music most nights, sometimes you want to enjoy the sunset with the sound of the waves and kids playing. The restaurant was overpriced. "Great family hotel at a perfect location next to the beach walk and fisherman market. Great family hotel which is a must if you are traveling with small children to Koh Samui to at least stay 3-4 nights here. Great value for money and you get what you expect. The only comment we have is that the pool is not heated, but it seems like it is common in Koh Samui that no pools are heated at all. "

"This was our first time staying in Aquasun and we found it to be a nice clean hotel within a close distance to both the beach and the main shops and restaurants. The morning buffet was varied and tasty and the sea views from the rooftop were impressive. The pool is partly covered which means it would be pleasant to swim in the warmer months but unfortunately just a little too cold for us this time. Altogether a great place for reasonable rates and we will look to return next time on Phu Quoc"
