"The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

"The Briza Resort was amazing. From the location (quiet but only a short walk to some great restaurants) and a mere 10 minute walk to the centre of Chaweng - so suitably away from the crowds but on the doorstep if you the night life. Booked a deluxe private plunge pool - made our holiday. It was fantastic and much larger than what I thought it was going to be. Also a great open space to catch the rays - a private little oasis! Breakfast was ok - standard I would say. Would absolutely recommend...

"Pool villa had comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Pool was decent sized and meticulously cleaned each day. Staff friendly and helpful. We walked from the hotel (taxis are easily available but tend to be off-meter), though there is one small part of road that floods easily - fine with sandals! "

"Overall the Resort is very good, quite area, Staff and services are superb, the employees are always gentle and kind, they help in exceptional ways, the shuttle bus driver is a very nice and helpful person. Breakfast was ok but missing decaffeinated coffee and soy milk or others vegetable milk and not many choices for vegetarian people. The resort is quite far from Chewang area but that is totally fine because the area is very beautiful and the resort offers the free shuttle bus many times...

"The staff were excellent - and the restaurant hostess Bich stands out as excellent. She greeted my wife and I each morning for breakfast and sometimes was in the restaurant at night. Bich made us feel at home and we probably would return here just because of her, but everything is excellent here. Even housekeeping was super efficient and I liked that they cleaned our room as soon as we left in the morning. Breakfasts are superb too. "The rooms in this hotel are very very good well designed and big modern and clean. This hotel mainly caters for families so if your wanting an adult only and quiet hotel during the day around pool areas its not for you. But the beach area part of the hotel was great with no families. So all in all we were very impressed with this hotel. "
