The people in the reservations room that they direct you towards right away were a little rude and then hid behind a language barrier when asked for clarification. Front desk staff refused to honor a discount on room cost becaus when I signed up for 3 diving certifications “because I booked through Expedia” and then proceeded to charge me full price directly. "I think it's a great place for couples like us who do not prefer going out to the beach or downtown. We wanted to stay trapped inside the villa and rest, and we were able to do just that.
