"We were lucky enough to have a large room in the original building. The shower was amazing and the well stocked snack station on our floor was a real treat. Lots of choice for breakfast and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Good gluten free provision for coeliacs too. "

"All clean, i think Gitana had done good job and room well prepared. Reported one minor thing that the shower gel pump not working. Not the end of the world!!! Good breakfast though the queue for the coffee machine/hot water was slow."

"Bustling restaurant for the morning and evening. Food was good, but dinner price might be a bit high (but thats mainly due to the country's rising cost and inflation). Room was great, modern, comfortable, clean. Questionable shower design that might lead to small puddles outside due to the cubicle is risen and the inner drainage is shallow, plus not much of a screen to contain water bouncing off the inner cubicle to the outer floor. Water pressure could be better. Rooms with connecting doors...

"Second time staying at this hotel. Reception is still temporarily up on the 4th floor, accessible by lift. Very convenient city centre location. We were overlooking the bus station this time and could hear the busses with the window and curtains closed if you listened very carefully. The room we were in has recently been upgraded, but the new TVs are temperamental. They will cut out and drop the picture then state 'no signal' to which you have to turn over to a different channel and back again....

"I love staying here and i find it’s my happy place as i always have one of the rooms facing the pool with a balcony and in summer you can sit outside and think you are anywhere in the world. The food is amazing The staff are always willing to help. Looking forward to my next stay. "
