"Hotel is really nice, found the room a little dated and the pillows not very comfy, i like firm pillows and these were v soft. Staff were excellent, breakfast was nice, though the did run out of some of the fruit and it was only 7.30, parking great, youve got a small village walkable with a pub, restaurants and a coop. "

"Stayed here between 13-09-2024 to 15-09-2024, from parking up Friday night to having breakfast and evening meal on Saturday this was a hotel which I would have rated excellent, very quiet, relaxing, calming hotel, the hotel is very clean, the staff will do anything for you and its generally quiet. The food is excellent. The rooms are everything you will need. No issues with parking or access to local tram route. Then this morning the hotel is taken over by children running around, I believe...

"Room ok good blackout curtains and quiet (we were in the annexe). Bed linen was pristine as were towels but the pillows were lumpy and hard. Bad smell from drain in washbasin but we were only staying for one night so just reported it when checking out. Overall it was fine"

"We had booked this hotel for its pool and spa facilities…spa pool, sauna and steam room for a relaxing weekend. Although they’d announced it on the hotels facebook page on the 2nd (which we found once we’d arrived) there was nothing to say the pool and pool area was going to be shut from 13th (day before we arrived) for 6 week. So the very reason we booked this hotel was then unavailable! Would have been nice to get an update about this from the hotel beforehand, when they’d clearly knowing...
