I was not able to fly in due to the volcano eruption and there is no sympathy from the hotel to offer refund. they just bluntly ask me to reschedule my flight when it is not even safe to fly in. I have tried to contact them 3 days prior check in but they only reply me one day before and ask me to reschedule my flight when i am flying from overseas. service is terrible!!!!"

We booked a deluxe bungalow (no 1) so right alongside pool which was never too busy and you can cross the road to use beach facilities too. "The villa was even better than the pictures. The villa was really spacious for our family of four. Having a private pool in our private garden was a bonus. The staff at Rimba villas went out of their way to make our visit special, even recommending local restaurants and things to do. I especially liked that they contacted me ahead of our visit to ask if I had any requests and had our bike rentals already arranged when we arrived. "
