"My husband and I stayed here while getting our PADI Open Water and it was really nice. We booked the plunge pool room and we thought the price was very reasonable. The bathroom was large and clean. We had a fridge and drinking water which was essential and the room was quite spacious and felt very private. I was not able to fly in due to the volcano eruption and there is no sympathy from the hotel to offer refund. they just bluntly ask me to reschedule my flight when it is not even safe to fly in.
