The staff is so kind, attentive and helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful and even help you book other activities. Would absolutely stay here again. Ivan and Ruly especially were so helpful in the office and we even extended our stay with them."

Asking what plans we are up to. It felt like they truly cared. Ooohh and the constant surprises all day and at bed!! ! "One our favourite hotels that we have stayed at for a variety of reasons. Firstly, the location on the island is perfect for those who want to be away from the main harbour (where it is a lot busier and louder), while still having quick and easy access to any area of the island with the bicycles that the hotel allow you to rent! The hotel has a restaurant on the beach front, which makes a great spot for breakfast (delicious breakfast!) They also allow you to rent snorkelling equipment and even let us use the kayak at no extra cost! We were in one of the Julu suites, and it was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which really made the trip special. Thanks so much and we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Gili T!"
