"Good location. Room was basic. Room service was poor. You have to request your room to be serviced. We did but it took up to date 3 before we had to raise this at reception. Room service is not until late afternoon. The breakfast was good. Busy at weekend. We were out of season so I can imagine it being hectic in the summer. "

"The Scandic Falconer is located right next to the Metro station, which meant you can travel directly from the airport to the hotel extremely easily in about 30 minutes. The location is on the edge of the city centre, so we relied on using the Metro to get to the centre in a couple of stops, rather than walking, as it was quick and cheap to do so. "Stayed for one night and wished we had more time there. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, even let us check-in early since they had availability that day. Has a luggage room in case you need to have them hold your bags between check-in/check-out. Easy to get to from the airport (take the train) and easy access to multiple public transportation. Also a quick walk from Tivoli and other main areas. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
