"I arrived here with my twin 10 year old children, traveling as a single mom. We stayed for a week. The staff was so kind and accommodating and we were VERY demanding. I needed a lot of support and they never once made me feel like I was a burden. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food first class and the location cannot be beat. "The property is very central with easy pedestrian access to all major central areas. Streetview of the neighbourhood is a put-off, but it is much better than that impression. The apartment is reasonably furnished, but lighting is dim in the dining area. Reception is self check-in, which worked quite well, but I regret not being able to meet my host in person, an enjoyable part of travel. Self check-in discards another opportunity for human interaction. "
