"Nothing was outside the property for 2 hours. Called them 10 times. Answered 2 to say "we are not availablr thats why we are not answering. I had to leave and book somewhere else. "This is not somewhere I would recommend. It is Self Check in but I had not received the Details (Door Codes) by 7pm (1900) and had to ask for them; although they deny this. On, finally, getting the Codes I arrived to find 2 other Guests struggling to access the Property as the Locks are not easy to use. The Rooms are OK but no Towels were provided and the Bathroom was not in good condition or clean. The Kitchen was ok but that is about as far as it goes. The only positive was the Location; it is...

"Self check in smooth. Provided towels and bath maths, coffee, tea, etc. However, cleanliness of the entire place was quite abysmal. I've stayed in hostels and cheap stays like this all over the world and this was probably one of the worst in terms of cleanliness. There was a used tissue inside a Lou roll, hair all in the shower, and the room I stayed in was like someone had chain smoked in the room without the window open leaving me coughing all night. The kitchen smelled so bad I can't imagine...

"Was a leak in the room so had to leave, when first arrived got out into the wrong room, cups weren't clean no sheets on the bed or duvet, DO NOT STAY HERE "
