"This is a dog friendly hotel in the heart of the city located across the street from a park (great for dogs). Staff service levels were excellent, and food was very good. We encountered some difficulty with room service, but the hotel was kind enough to make an adjustment to compensate. The dog friendly room was clean and modern."

"The first room, 123, they put us in smelled disgusting!!!! I immediately went back to the front desk and requested a newly renovated room. The young lady told me no, but the other lady working heard me complain and then offered me one in 314. No one should have to pay nearly $200 a night for a room that smells like a dirty motel. After them moving us the room was fine. We paid for breakfast when we booked but the waiter gave us an issue in the morning. There was a lady at the front reception...
