"Really nice hotel, spa was nice. The suites could use some upgrades (the windows) there was water between the glass panels so the view couldn’t be enjoyed as much as it should have been. Especially when the heat was on full as it was -3 and it was just cloudy window panes. "

"We stayed to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday and although we had a slight issue with the booking (expedia’s fault not theirs) the staff were brilliant upgrading our room and leaving a lovely card and chocolates for my husband. Also after dinner they presented my husband with a Happy Birthday plate with fruit and chocolates. The spa pool was lovely and relaxing. All the hotel staff were very friendly and chatty. We will definitely go back again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay - the room was good, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was lovely, lots of choice and well presented, we ate dinner and breakfast, both very good. "My stay was great from the moment I got checked in by Persia who was lovely and even offered to see if the kitchen would prepare me something even though they had just closed. After my long journey from London it was a very good welcome. My room had a beautiful window with a view of the Lake and the mountains.
