"Very comfortable 5 night stay. Our room was spacious and modern, with a comfy sofa to relax on. Room was also warm and really quiet. Breakfast was very good, self service buffet style, with plenty of choice. Complementary hot drinks were also available 24/7, from machine next to reception. We made good use of this, taking a coffee or hot chocolate up to our room after a day’s sightseeing. The hotel is in a good central location, next to the river, a short 5 minute walk to the main high street...

Would have been good to know that reception is on the 9th floor, I arrived after a long trip late at night to find nothing and no one at the front of the hotel so panic set in. Luckily a cleaner arrived to inform me. Room was basic, some dodgy wiring but nothing that puts me off.
