"A little bit noisy on the weekends at night for lower floors , stayed in the 5th floor and even with the closed windows I could hear the street party noise . Otherwise , it was an excellent experience."

Although, not located in the very center of the town, it is a safe area and a short taxi ride to the Bolivar Plaza."
