"This is truly a 5 star resort. The staff was very attentive to our every need from opening doors to yoga and exercise. They also have maid service make sure you had every thing you need for the morning coming by in the evening. Our room had the most beautiful ocean view. Down stairs and you are on the beach with staff setting up chairs and umbrellas for you. There is plenty of shopping and dining. I could go on."

"We enjoyed our stay here while we stay here several times this time was a little different. Everything was still nice, but the guests are very loud and I know people are on vacation so I gave it a pass . The food is always good. The service is always good. It’s always clean. The only reason why I give it a four is because of the noise so if I stay there again, I would want to make sure I’m in a corner and on top floor."

"We walked around barefoot in the room and our feet were dirty from the floor. The floor in the bedroom was loose and would pinch your feet when stepped on a certain way and/or cut your foot since it is laminate. A sun shade for the patio would have been nice. The staff was awesome. Overall, I would recommend a stay here. It is close to old San Juan."
