"Myself and my colleague stayed over for a training event we had in birmingham, this was a fab hotel rooms basic but clean which is all you need, fabulous places for transport links and shops (which we were able to go have a wee look at), breakfast was beautiful with plenty opitions and the reception/bar area was lovely and welcoming."

"Spacious, with plenty of storage and spotlessly clean . Lots of sockets , hairdryer and even a torch . The bed was comfortable with a nice soft duvet. Room could be heated to your own personal preferences . Access to a lovely pool. Perfect place to stay if you are attending a function at the ICC as it has a private access bridge to the centre accessible via your keycard. "Excellent stay at this hotel. Convenient and although room is quite compact it was quite modern with lights, air con, heat and door controlled by app on phone. Even key cards for those not tech savvy. Only downside was lift was broken. Price was good and staff efficient and customer focussed."

"The only bad thing I can say about our stay was that there was only 1 pillow each on the double bed. Normally, in every other hotel I have stayed in, there has either been 2 pillows each or 1 pillow each but 2 spare pillows somewhere in the room. Unfortunately, I didn't find another pillow so I thought it would be ok, however, I woke at 2am with back pain, so had to use a folded towel to put under my pillow, which helped a little."
